I like it, it's simple and cool. Maybe make it a bit smaller so you can use it as an avatar or something.

that's not noobie at all, it is actually quite nice, i like simple stuff and that is good for a starting piece. I would only suggest playing around with the font style, or adding some lighting to the piece to give it some depth. kiu
