Elements are too blurred. Also the text is almost illegible. Remove it. The lighting is too strong all round. Work on your lighting and composition.
I agree with Takken, the lighting is way too strong and becomes an overall focal which is unappealing but it does seem like a really good idea and with some tweaking can be made into an amazing signature.
