i dont really like the text, add some flow. but its not bad.

Text needs work. The effects are contrasting horribly with the current color scheme. You can get some flow going there, bearing that the elements are arranged nicely. Work on your color scheme mate.

I go look for tutorials. But photoshop crashed :s.
