I think it really might happen.
Imagine, one of the greatest games EVER made re-released and brought to the Next Gen hardware of PS3.
I think this rumor is VERY true because I think this video:
Final Fantasy VII-On The PS3 System
was made just to tease us and DEMAND a re-release.
Now I don't want to get ahead of myself but I would think this would just blow Microsoft out the water and into a million pieces.

its going to be the remake of FVII into the Avent Children layout...its been known aobut for some time
I haven't really played the Final Fantasy series, but this one does look pretty interesting. However, I do not think that this game alone will take down the all might Microsoft.

I hope that FFVII re-released is NOT made into THAT.
I will have no hope for Square after that...
Kindom hearts wasn't bad just sightly quer.. anyways this is gonna be tight im surely gonna buy this out if they remake it if they aren't gonna do it i would lose my mind.. i wonder what sephiroth would look like in future .. He looked so awesome in PS1..

I thought it was just a technical demo to show the power of the PS3.... I didn't think it was going to be anymore than that. However, if Squenix feel they could land a lot of cash from re-making FF7... who knows?

And with the graphics..Jesus..I'm loosing it.
Cause all this would be insane.
