It's nice but instantly I don't like the text mate.
I think this will do better w/o the text and the render blended a bit more.
It seems over sharpened too but I still like the looks of the tag.

Jup, I agree with BC.
It needs more blending and better text.
The text needs to be closer to the focal point (your render)
Also I think the sig needs some more effects and better lightning.
The flow is cool and the effects you've created ar also nice :)

Text needs to go. Colors need more working. I do like the positioning of the focal and the elements used but they are too scarce. Try incorporating those same elements some more. Work on your lighting and compo. The compo seems really out of focus so its somewhat hard to stare at it. Keep at it!
