It seems good but I am not liking the smudge on the right of the render myself.

I like the smudge idea but its inconsistent in terms of actual compo. Try and keep consistency in your composition. Looks too random. Poor text as well. Work on the compo, color and text. Keep at it!

It's that smudging on the render what really puts me off.
It's on the main part of the focal ruining the focal imo.
I'm not like text or colour.
