The only problem i have with it is the render doesn't really pop, Which i think should be the desired effect of a sig like this..
I think this is a great tag but GFXDub is right; there's no depth to it mate.
Try blurring the background a bit.

colors are kinda blah and depth is nonexistant
1) A litlle bit messy.
2 To dark, doesn't like the text.
I thinkt he colors in the BG are too harsh. Make them smoother for more appeal. I like the elements used but the color really needs work on. Work on color and lighting.
