The c4ds or whatever the effects doesn't really fit with the sig, I can see you've gone for a comic book look. The render doesn't really fit the look aswell because it doesn't look like something in a comic book. If you make the render and effects look more comicy then this sig would be pretty damn good imo. Keep it up. :)
I agree with Kaka that the c4ds doesn't fit. Also the text does not fit either. To put short, work on your blending. It doesn't have to look more comicy but it needs more work in terms of blending. Most of the elements look out of place. Use your resources tactifully. Keep at it!
To much going on at the same place the text not done well the lighting is off and the blending is off as the red c4d dont go well with the yellow and blue background and there is kind of wired light shot on the left which doest really look good... Well not the worst signature but as I said to much going on...
I think it's a good attempt but I do agree about the c4d and text.
