I really like the vibrant blue colour in the middle, but the background looks really dull you should make it more vibrant and. kiu
Perhaps more contrast would do. I think the color scheme is really nice. I think the text should be removed however. I think adding more minor elements, but nothing too overwhelming would help. Work on contrast. Keep at it!
Remove the text first of all and add some more effects then this piece will be a stunner ;)
