I'm not too fond of the color scheme. I think the blending of the elements need work on. Also it was a nice try in trying to get the elements out of focus bt blurring them but you overdid it and blurred the wrong elements. Blur the foreground elements and the deepest background elements only. The immediate backgrounds you do not blur. Interesting composition but it needs work on. Keep at it!
just noticed how the guy in the foreground is blurred a bit too much, Also, i didnt blur the background at all. Doesnt look blurry to me :/

Also, what about the colour scheme dont you like, so i can improve that?
I like the way how the render is EASILY noticed.
But I don't know what the big brown thing is on the right hand side.
I like the effects on this piece but I don't like the top where the lighting is; it looks off-colour.
