Not really liking the text on this one mate but needs a light source imo;
the render doesn't suit the background much imo. but still a good effort.

Effects are hard to discern and some of them look overcontrasted. I like the atmosphere of the piece. The lighting could be a real killer if you fix the composition of the effects and arraign them better. This atmosphere naturally has awesome lighting. You should expand upon that and use it to your advantage. Increase your contrast. Remove the text. Use only simple text. Your getting good at you but your text is too overwhelming. Keep at it!
