I think the effects are a bit too bright....
There is too much blue IMO.

Text at the BG is pretty nice.
Work on your lightning and blending.

cs4 is kinda right, it is kinda bright but i think it suits.

The effects are a bit too bright. They lack contrast as well, although they contrast pretty well with the BG. Love its texture but it stands out too much. Also the use more elements, but make they help the composition. Work on your blending and color scheming. Keep at it!
