Hm.. not sure what to say..
but ill start with depth, its kinda lacking here. and the sig seems kinda messy.... light source could use a lil work and same with text :/
But maybe you should increase your canvas size because it gives you more room to work with and on this on it seems like you crammed it all in there :)

Thanks, I tried something smaller because I was feeling that I had to much open, like with no effects. So I tried something new but now it is crammed. Thanks.

v2 is better bit messy and lq but not bad
Use standard borders or none at all. Remove the text. I like the C4D to the right but their blending is off and their arraign needs to be better positioned. Also, the sig lacks contrast and proper lighting. Manipulate your elements better. Work on composition. Keep at it!
It seems like too much is going on and hard to work it out.
