Effects are too harsh in some areas. The overall composition is not too appealing and its to blurry. Also, work on your color scheme. Its inconsisntent. The element at the top is too misplaced and out of place. The lighting needs more work on. The effects are too soft and need more variety in terms of blending. Use standard border please. Work on your composition and color scheme. Keep at it!
Loads of oversharpened parts in this and I ain't really liking the look of that.
colour needs work aswell,
