Theres not really a focal.. and not a real significant light source..
a lot of things could be improved.. try sharpening the focal and adding a light source

personally I don't like where the focal is placed.

bring her out more, add some more sleek effects.

Bring out the focal some more. Try sharpening and burning some areas around her. Also the lighting is poor. IMprove on that aspect. Try cleaning up around the focal as well. Work on your lighting. Keep at it!
