Love the bubbles and the underwater feel. I really like this one, I like the colours too.

I think the effects are too much. Clean up the focal and around it. Soften up the effects a bit around the focal. I do like the lighting and I think you making an improvement. Keep at it!
If you take of the effect over the focal it would look better.
The colors are also very nice.
