The text needs editing or removing. The Fractal elements aren't cleverly arraigned and are just there, giving a chaotic feel and look. Lacks a color scheme and the lighting is too hard. Work on your composition, color scheme and lighting. Work on your elements placement so the sig isn't too chaotic.

I agree with takken, the text needs to go.
Also, I see you've tried blending the render with the effects but you've went overboard.

You need to make the render pop out and make him blend also.

Keep up the work though, not a bad sig!
