Remove the drop shadow on the text and the lines around it. Best text from you yet. Nice tones of color on the focal. I think you should remove the element int he right and focus on the smudge concept more. The lighting element looks random and out of place. Work more on your composition. Keep at it!
Text doesn't fit in this one,
first version is better, try some more effects in the background to make it look less boring.

I really like v1, The background is nice and simple, you did good with your text this time but I agree with taking out the drop shadow. I like the colours on v1 but v2 is monotone. Keep it up. :)
