I like this one quite a bit. I personally would increase the contrast a little bit, make the lights lighter and the darks darker. It's nice though.

I like the pentool shapes but don't blur them. It doesn't help with depth and only worsen the composition. I think the lighting needs to be mroe consisntent and be stronger. Contrast is weak in the tag as well. Work on your lighting. Keep at it!
