You definitely need to work on the colors here, there's no unity in your color scheme. The shadow on your type is too obvious, generally I find that subtle text works much, much better when it comes to tagging. You've also got too much weight on the left side, and not enough to balance it out. Needs a little more eye candy as well, since, truthfully the whole thing is a little bland over all. Try adding some more subtle things to it, like some brushing, or shapes or something. When it comes to tagging, subtly is key, since you're working in such a small space.
