Edit: V2'd it but forgot to post it, better late then never:) I tried to make it less monotone by adding more colour and removed the text... does seem I kinda lost my lighting layers in the progress lol.

Haha, thanks:) I suck at text and borders so I usually just leave em out:p But I gave it a try. I'm glad you like the rest tho!

Looks good.. my only compliant is text and how monotone it seems but other than that its pretty good

This is very nice - I haven't seen the tutorial but looking at this outcome, I would deffinantly try it out! The effects are amazing, the flow is good and overall a nice tag.
However I do think it's a bit dull with the colours being used as it's all really dark and grungy. Another thing that I could suggest is maybe making the eyes flare out more. :)
A good tag overall though, maybe a version two? Keep at it. :)
