Looks a bit topazed? Either way the focal looks really weird. I think the smudging needs to be more smoother but you have the colors. Just work on the blending of the smudge. I think it looks overcontrasted though. Remove teh borders. Standard borders works best mate.

Okay, now I can see it.
I like the color and feel to this piece, but I think the stock would look so much better without the smudges on his body.

You should get rd of the accented strokes, theyre just out of place.

v2 is better but is giving off the floating head syndrom a bit.
