Love it. However, the neon color tones on the right side doesn't really blend with the colors on the left.
Other than that, I love it!

Hmm... Those lines look a little pixelly, I'd suggest doing a tiny, TINY bit of masking around them with a soft brush, just to fade out the pixelliness just a little.
Pretty sick though. Maybe bring out his mask with some color?
