Too plain, there's really not enough going on here. Even just a little bit of text, and some shapes near it ,or something. I'd also bring out the contrast in your two colors a little more, by adding a couple more elements of the blue and whatever you'd call that other faded orangey color, haha. You've got good ideas here though.
