The text is awsome but it takes the attention away from the focal a bit.
If you move Naruto closer to the text it would be an awsome sig.
Depht is cool :D

I think the border is a bit to thick.
I like the calm feeling of the sig.

Move the text just to the left of your stock, and to the bottom of your canvas. It'll help it flow off your stock, which will help bring a sense of unity to your piece, just by having the two elements work off each other like that. It needs some more eye candy, there's not enough going on.
