I'd recommend looking up some type, and color theory. You don't really have a defined focal point here, you've got too many elements all over the place (text in the top left, her face, in the middle, and the bird on the far right) Play off one of them, using the others. and think about your composition as your placing elements.

^This. Also the canvas could use some sharpening. There is nothign definitive going on right now. Work on your lighting and contrast.

All you really did was take a render. put some black over it and erase. Add some dots. Add a c4d. And add text. To get better read a lot of tutorials and use some of everything to create your own style.
