Bad compo. Change the text. The colors really don't go well with each other by that i mean the green background kinda doesn't fit. But IMO I suggest you use a stock as a background. The lighting is a bit off. I like how you started the flow with the bottom c4d but the one at the top ruins it.

A lot of your elements are good, but aren't really working together. Plus you've got some wicked floating head going on. And I gotta be honest, that light blob looks really bad. Your first was better, because it's not so overcontrasted to the point where the bg and his skin colors look gross. You need to incorporate the c4ds, and your stock better. I'd recommend looking up some articles on color and type theory as well.
