I love The Incredibles. This is a nice tag, effects are sort of basic but the feel of it is nice. Good job mate.

I think the colors could be more intense. I like the feel of it. The effects could do with better blending though mate, also, arraign them in a manner in which they contribute to the flow of the tag and increase the contrast.

Yes I agree with takken( a twig named bieber). Edit the c4d effects so it flows some more. Kind of like my sig o.o
The only problem is the bg. This is what you need work on in almost all of your recent sigs. Add texture to it.
Also the colors are a bit boring.
But once you improve on it it will look much better
