Hah well i can see what tut you used, the execution was done pretty well and the pentool is looking pretty good. The lighting at the top isnt working with the light at the bottom, if its not already try putting the light layer at the top on Overlay or some setting to match with the bottom light.
But other than that i like the feel of it :)

Nice pentooling strokes in the BG. I like the general color scheme though the compo could use some work on. Its not congested but the elements are like, willy-nilly if you get me. Make their arraign more consistent.
