too much distraction going on everywhere. gotta lose some of the brightness and give it some depth to differentiate the bg from the focal. give it a tad bit darkness on the two sides if you have to.
The effects are good but yeah try lowering the brightness and maybe the contrast a bit.
Also her face doesnt really stand out much when you compare it to whats going on, try sharpening it and darkening the edges of the bg just ever so slightly.

Getting there, she stands out a bit more now, it's still a little bit too light and contrasting but its got some good stuff going on.
