Not bad, it's a little too sharp and contrasty though. I'd tone it down, just a little. Or make the background work better with it. I'd play more with the colors and levels on the right side too. Also don't really like the type. Sticks out too much.

I agree with everything already said. It's too bright and contrasty. Tone it down a little. Text is superb though.
Actually, yeah, the more I look at this, the more I like the type, I do think you need to tone it down just a tiny bit though.
