Ok the bg-just a tad on the flat side-try useing the sharpening and blur tool along with the burn and dodge tool to bring out the depth.The blending of the render is ok but it does seam to be really dark-try useing the curves filter or the brightness filter on it to bring it out into the light(per say ).Other than those little things tis a good goo at it,kiu m8.

Your subject is way too small. The background is flat. Overall everything is dark but there isn't much contrast at all. The sig just looks too flat. Try having your render take up more of the sig and that will make it far more interesting.
