The compo is too distorted. Whiles it not congested I find the arraign of the effects a bit poor and they lighting needs work on. I like the idea of having your C4Ds at the bottom but you need to improve but the execution wasn't their. I find the color scheme to be a bit dull and I don't think you paid special attention to what effects you wanted to use. In the very least you didn't manage them good enough. Work on your contrast and color scheme and composition. Be sure to keep in mind the placement of your resources like c4ds:)

I like the colors of V2 better. I think you went a little overboard with effects though. I didn't even realize there was text at first. Not too bad though. Keep it up.
