i'd go with a light orange on the bottom to a dark red at the tip of the tail. if i remember correctly, the hotter something is, the lighter its color so whatever color scheme you go with make sure the bottom is lighter than the tail.
btw the comet looks awesome, did you make that all yourself?
i'd keep the color white. Maybe some orange streaks.
Yea I made the comet myself. By accident kinda...
If I remember...You make a selection with circle thing, fill with clouds, find edges, invert, change level (i dunno if I did this) and glowing edges.
I think...lol.
But the comet does look awesome doesn't it. :D

You're right abt the bg, I think you should try and set the gausian blur for the blue nebula of the stars a little higher. that would make it more spread out and lighter.Quote:

the comet looks good. you could brush it up a bit, then do a colour balance.
I'd go for white icy colours and some blue, but not too much.
It looks very promising.

look here, the hottest fire there is is always blue, (u know in the sorce of the fire) so have it blue closest to the ball and finnish t of in like red
