Not liking the effects around her, they are very noisy/pixelly and sorry but it doesn't look very nice. Doesn't look too bad besides that though, work on your effects. :)

Yeah, it look's like it has alot of noise. but I love hayley williams.

Hmm, interesting effects. A little oversharpened, but I think with practice you could make something like this work a little better. It's a cool idea, just needs some tweaking. Colors here need work, they're kind of all over the place. You've got a lot of washed out colors in the bg, and your stock is a little pale too (she's hot though :P) but your effects are highly saturated, just doesn't really work. Cool overwall, though.

displacement is fine, but perhaps try blurring it a bit so it doesn't look too noisy as was already said
