It seems a little too chaotic, and its lacking on focal.
I think you should lessen the blue on the left side, because its a distraction.
The focal kinda gets lost in everything, I think it needs to be bigger and not have so many effects over it. I like the bg though it is a little crazy, trya dn blurring it slightly in some places and then bringer the focal closer to create some depth.
It's good but I've seen better, kiu man.
