Top one lacks.Bottom one is appealing.

1st one is good, has nice depth and I like the C4D and text. I think it could do with a bit more though, maybe some gradient maps or other adjustments or something.

2nd one is really nice, I like the bg and the leaves, blending is nice and I like the text, Not really much to say against that one apart from maybe some better depth but aside from that it's good.

I love the color of the top one but it's pretty boring. The bottom one it amazing!
