Nice tag though.
I don't really have much complaints, except the border.
It looks a bit odd, I believe it's because the effects go over it.
Yeah, it's really simple, so I can't really complain about anything.

border makes it look lq. other then that nice and simple, gj.
Border is too noisy to really work as a border.
Not bad, feels a little unfinished, though.
