Kinda bland, and around your stock looks a little hazy, particularly on her arms, like you didn't finish masking off the stock. Did you mask it with a soft brush? I'd try and fix up the blending some. Your colors are pretty meh too, to be honest. Nothing really sticks out here, it's honestly pretty mediocre. You need something more to make it pop. Play with your brightness/contrast some, too.
Work on your lighting, as you can see from the render, the light comes from the right so go from there. The background looks like its night time and very dark, it has no colour and doesn't really go with your render. The effects are decent but work on those things. ;)
