Is this good?

dont really like the right side with the right effect then the brown and black then red silver orange from the render it doest really go together, also its "Halo Spartan"

I didnt really know what I should've put on the right side, so that was the best I could come up with..... But I wondering did i over blur the right shoulder?

It's way too bright I nearly have to close my eyes a little to stop it hurting.

try smudging the right hand side a bit and toning down the lights on the left side :3

How do I tone down the lights?

ummmmm
you could use a soft brush in a dark colour , such as black, and go over it and mess with the opacity of the layer
or you could use a black-transparent gradient over it and change layer mode/opacity

i'm not sure because im a noob but you could try them XD

hey you could use a brightness/contrast adjustment layer, to darken it.
Looks good for beginner.
