i reallly like your choice of image and the way the dogs eyes pop out, its funny, your sig brought a much needed smile to my face thanks for that. :)
as for a cnc, i dont really know what im looking at around the render, i see some lines in the dog on the left side, maybe try to blend in your render a little better and i think you will have it.
again, i like your tag dude.

looks good only thing is it kinda lacks effects,a couple splatter clipping masks would make it awesome in my opinion,love the stock you used and the border. kiu came out great
