Its actually a couple fractals and a hell of a lot of coloring with soft brushes

Im not really good with the pen tool on non-typo/logo things

change the green to pink,
too much topaz,
add more smudge

Really nice work, i'm a fan of the colors. not a fan of the text tho.

and IMO the background could be using some more bright and cool colors like you did on the face.
