V2 all the way, B&W's never catch my attention. I still think it's a little on the empty side tho, and the circles on her body ( or pen tool? hm ) seem kind of random to me and i'm not really digging it, not really like the text also but other than that great job!

black and whites tend to be really boring. They generally need a bit of a higher contrast too, to bring out the white.
Tone down the text a little, just to make it more subtle, and if you wanna add an element like the circles, I'd say do more of them, or blend them in, and have them integrated better. At the moment it kinda sticks out like a sore thumb. It's oretty tight so far, but I think it needs a little something more as it's feeling a bit empty at the moment. It's pretty sweet though, none the less. =]

Update is the best, although I'm not too sure about those little dot light things.
I'm sorry, but I actually like the b/w better :P.
I'd sharpen the render/stock, I think that'd look great (imo) :)
