Not bad at all. May look sweeter if you darken the extrusive arm and mabey play with a diffirent type of border? Meh, KIU.
I like the hand that sticks out, makes the whole tag really pop. I'd rotate the text too, to go with your flow, it's sort of disruptive as is. Not bad overall, I like the effects, but it feels like it could use a little work.
