I like the first and last.
The first ones really good and should be a large piece however it'd be nicer in color. The second one seems to be missing something.....a foreground but its looks great either way. The third one, i understand what you're trying to pull of but it looks messy and with no flow to it. lol sorry to be a bit harsh, but it shows that these sigs have potential :)
You should blend your renders more into the background. Than theyre really nice
