The motivational style border looks just plain bad, to be honest.
Your effects are pretty plain for my tastes, but they're decent. You should go read some tutorials for some new effects.

To your current sig, I like some of the affects you got going but the background isn't hot at all :( Like a old family photo been left in a moldy basement >.<
Try something more urban :D
I like your renders an colours of you second sig but the colours are too close together, also I don't like the glow line you got going on, is it ment to be glassy?
