Not bad. I can see where one of your stocks got cut off in the bottom right though (the smoke/ink/whatever it is), you should blend that a little better along the edges. And that grey box on the left is a little too distracting, and takes away from the flow of your piece. The colors are good, but I think a little tweaking of your levels could really help. The outlines on the jacket, just to the right of the guitar look a little pixelly as well. Good work overall though.
