i like the sig
but the animations kind of ruin it imo

Animation is the wrong way, rain should go down, not sideways. The first version is rather bright around the head, i suggest either a black 100px soft brush at around 40% opacity, or using the burn tool

Rain can come down at an angle.

Yeah, i know, but thats not really coming down, its going up :D
