Well from a graphic stand point the text sucks, but for a girl and as a gift its cute. The colors of the flowers are really good, but the black circles dont fit in at all. IMO they standout way too much. I would of kept all the colors warm/cool not add a natural color. I would also change the bg from white to like a warm yellow I think that would look pretty cute :-P.

You know i really like this, i mean there isn't much flow in the composition.
You know the text doesn't really tie into the circles and flowers very well, kinda? I think the colours are good though, it's definitely something i'd spend some more time on, if it wasn't meant for something so basic you know, like a background image.
I wasn't sure if you could get FB BG's. Either way It's okay, and i'm sure your sister would like it. :] I could definitely agree on those black circles, i say it's good because it breaks it up though, just another dark colour would do the trick, like a dark purpley for one say, and like a different dark colour for the others. Could also be made better if you repositioned the text maybe, changed the font even? did something to make it match the composition better.
