lol I like what you did with the guitar :P I think you could jazz up the bg a little more tho :) light c4d or a nice "splash" of colour :)

The effects are a bit cheesy and the lighting is off.
I guess the effects on the guitar are alright. .
Anyways id keep going at it if i were you.

Doesn't quite seem finished, I think there is a bit more that you could do with it.
Maybe even add a small texture, on the background?
Also the lighting, it doesn't really make any sense, his arm is bright, in a dark area, and then part of his other arm, is bright aswell.
I like the effects around the guitar though. :P
